Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Kefi jewelry, we want to help you find the perfect jewel. You can exchange your items for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase with all original packaging and we will help you find replacements(s).

If the period of 7 days has lapsed, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  1. Product must be unopened.
  2. Product must be in original packaging.
  3. Product must be unused.
  4. Product must not be damaged.
  5. Products must have all original tags attached.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties.

All custom items i.e., initials, names, made to order pieces, and custom engraved pieces are final sale and may not be exchanged.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs, taxes, and duties for exchanges.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Contact us on info@kefijewelry.com explaining the reason, with your name, invoice number, address, and phone number.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid being damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
