📦 Shipping

Production & Processing Times

Our jewelry is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest quality.

  • Ready-to-ship jewelry: Dispatched within 10–14 business days.
  • Rings & custom-engraved designs: Require 15–20 business days for crafting and personalization.
  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Options & Rates

We ship worldwide with trusted couriers like FedEx and DHL, ensuring speed, safety, and reliability.

GCC & Lebanon

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders over $650.
  • Orders under $650 → $20 fee.
  • Duties and taxes are included.

International Orders

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders over $1,000.
  • Orders under $1,000 → $35 fee.
  • Duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • GCC & Lebanon: Duties and taxes are included in your purchase price.
  • Other international destinations: Duties or VAT may be collected by FedEx or DHL prior to delivery.
  • KEFI Jewelry cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to unpaid duties or VAT.

Delivery & Security

  • All jewelry is shipped fully insured until the moment it is delivered.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for your security.
  • Packaging is discreet for safety while reflecting Kefi’s luxury experience.

Special Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • If you need expedited shipping or special arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We want you to love your Kefi Jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit exchanges to help you find the perfect piece.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact
    • Undamaged

Process

  • Contact us at info@kefijewelry.com with your name, invoice number, phone number, and delivery address.
  • Please include the reason for your exchange request.
  • Carefully package your item to prevent damage in transit.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties related to exchanges.
  • Once received, items are inspected. If they do not meet the criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the item to you.

Exclusions (Final Sale)

  • Custom pieces: including initials, names, made-to-order designs, and engraved items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Returns

  • We currently offer store credit only for eligible exchanges.
  • Cash or card refunds are not available.
